Service catalog

Every service front,
explained for decision-makers.

This page details how the cooperative operates — who we serve, corridors, stages and deliverables. The home page gives you the summary; here is the level of information logistics and procurement teams usually ask for before requesting a quote.

Before we execute

How we assess and build your operation

A pattern seen in leading B2B operators: clear scope, explicit geography, a staged process and proof of capacity — not just a list of transport modes. That is what we gather below, with the differential of the cooperative's transparent proposal.

  1. 01

    One contract, one flow

Shipment, documentation, customs clearance and delivery in the same team — no handoffs between carrier, broker and agent.

  2. 02

    Mode by criteria

Deadline, cost, cargo type and sensitivity define the route. We compare alternatives before closing.

  3. 03

    Illustrated proposal

Every stage with an owner, estimated deadline and expected cost — you approve knowing what comes next.

Ocean

Ocean import and export

Coordination of FCL and LCL shipments with document management integrated with customs clearance and last-mile road transport — from the terminal to your warehouse or job site.

Who it's for
Importers and exporters, industries with offshore inputs, foreign trade and projects that demand cost predictability per voyage.
Where we operate
Corridors connected to the cooperative's yards in Itajaí/SC and Uruguaiana/RS; last-mile road transport across Brazil, strongest in the South and Southeast. Specific ports and terminals confirmed at quotation.
When it makes sense
When the deadline allows ocean transit, the volume justifies the mode and you need a single point of contact from booking to inland delivery.

How it works

  1. Briefing and feasibility

Origin/destination, INCOTERM, cargo type, weight/volume, commercial deadlines and restrictions (IMO, temperature, etc.).

  2. Booking and documentation

Booking with the carrier or NVOCC, shipping instructions, insurance where applicable and an export/import document checklist.

  3. Port operation

Gate-in/out tracking, container stuffing/stripping, port costs and alignment with terminal and carrier.

  4. Customs clearance

Registration, channel, taxes and release with a network of licensed customs brokers — without you managing another supplier.

  5. Road last mile

Pickup at the port or bonded facility and delivery to the final destination with the same cooperative that planned the shipment.

Air

International and domestic air freight

A solution for cargo with critical time windows or high added value, with agile customs clearance and ground delivery planned in the same flow.

Who it's for
Just-in-time production lines, replacement of critical parts, commercial samples, high-value equipment and campaigns with inflexible deadlines.
Where we operate
Departures and arrivals via Brazil's main air hubs with cooperative road connection. Preferred airports defined per route in the proposal.
When it makes sense
When each day of delay costs more than the air-freight premium, or when the cargo cannot wait for ocean transit.

How it works

  1. Deadline and cost analysis

We compare alternatives (direct vs connection, consolidation vs dedicated flight) and explain the trade-off in the illustrated proposal.

  2. Booking and handling

Booking with the airline or agent, AWB, handling instructions and packaging/documentation requirements.

  3. Pickup and delivery at the airport

First mile to the origin terminal; reception and checking at destination.

  4. Express customs clearance

Document prioritization for fast release when the operation demands it.

  5. Last mile

Road transport to the factory, DC or job site — same team, same contact line.

Customs

Customs clearance and foreign trade

Advisory for import and export in Brazil and Mercosur operations: classification, registration, release, customs transit and support for special cargo.

Who it's for
Companies importing inputs or exporting production, projects with new or used machinery, and cross-border operations that cannot stop over documentation issues.
Where we operate
Licensed customs brokers and partners across Mercosur; interface with cooperative road transport at the border (Uruguaiana/RS) and South/Southeast corridors.
When it makes sense
Whenever cargo crosses a border — on its own or as part of a multimodal route planned by the cooperative.

How it works

  1. Document diagnosis

NCM, origin, tariff preferences, prior licenses and requirements from regulatory agencies.

  2. Registration and declaration

DU-E/DI, LPCO and other registrations according to the operation's customs regime.

  3. Clearance and channel

Channel tracking, taxes and any requirements through to release.

  4. Transit and delivery

Transit licenses, DTA and connection with road transport or another mode.

  5. Post-release

Receipts, records and files for the client's internal audit.

Road

Road cargo transport

The cooperative's priority sector: from less-than-truckload to special projects, with a fleet of members and aggregates, an outsourced network and infrastructure at the Uruguaiana/RS and Itajaí/SC yards.

Who it's for
Manufacturing, agribusiness, civil construction, foreign trade and projects with oversized equipment.
Where we operate
Brazil nationwide, strongest in the South and Southeast; border and Mercosur via Uruguaiana; port connection in Itajaí.
When it makes sense
When the cargo needs to move on asphalt — alone or as a leg of a multimodal route — with licenses, escort or consolidation.

How it works

  1. Sizing

Weight, dimensions, loading/unloading points and receiving windows.

  2. Routing and licenses

Approved routes, AET and escort when the cargo requires it.

  3. Fleet allocation

Member, aggregate or third party according to profile and deadline.

  4. Execution and follow-up

Checkpoints and proactive communication through to delivery.

  5. Proof of delivery

Signed receipts, photos and documentation for your ERP or audit.

Cargo types

Operational profiles in the quote

  • Special

    Lowboy trailers

Heavy machinery, industrial equipment and cargo with excess height or width.

Examples: Excavators, harvesters, tanks, industrial modules.

  • Standard

    Standard cargo — Curtainside

A box body with side curtains: weather protection and side access for checking.

Examples: Palletized goods, packaging materials, protected dry cargo.

  • Standard

    Standard cargo — Flatbed

A flatbed or grain body for volumes that do not require a closed box.

Examples: Coils, empty containers, bulk construction materials.

  • LTL

    Less-than-truckload

Consolidation of volumes from multiple shippers with tracking and shared cost.

Examples: Parts, lower-volume inputs, regional distribution.

Consulting

Logistics, mode consulting and illustrated quotes

Before executing, we help choose the mode and route design — with a visual proposal showing stages, deadlines and expected costs. It is the cooperative's educational differential: you take part in the decision instead of just receiving a PDF.

Who it's for
Logistics managers, operations directors and mid-sized companies that coordinate more than one supplier today and want a single, transparent partner.
Where we operate
All of Brazil and Mercosur corridors within the cooperative's coverage.
When it makes sense
On your first quote, when switching suppliers, or when surprise costs and lack of visibility stall the operation.

The illustrated quote flow

  1. Understanding the demand

Origin, destination, cargo type, commercial deadline and operational restrictions.

  2. Mode comparison

Road, ocean, air or a combination — with pros, cons and estimated cost per leg.

  3. Illustrated proposal

A timeline with owners, documents and milestones — reply within 24 hours in most cases.

  4. Adjustment and approval

We refine volumes, windows and INCOTERM until the plan closes with your team.

  5. Monitored execution

The same team follows the operation; you never start over with another department.
