What data we collect
Collection depends on how you interact with the site:
- Contact and quote forms: data you voluntarily provide, such as name, phone number, email and details needed to respond to your request.
- Newsletter: the email address you provide to receive content, updates and site-related communications, when consent is given.

We do not request sensitive data (health, biometrics, racial origin, etc.) through public forms. Please avoid sending this kind of information in free-text fields.

- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or for the minimum period needed for recordkeeping and proof.
- Technical records: for a period compatible with security, stability and applicable legal obligations.
Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures compatible with the type of processing involved, including encrypted connection, access control and the use of providers with appropriate security standards. Even so, no digital environment is completely immune to incidents.
Your rights as a data subject
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may request, among others: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about sharing; withdrawal of consent; and review of automated decisions, where applicable.

You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Minors
The site is intended for professional and business relationships. We do not intentionally collect data from children or teenagers. If we identify such a case, we will take the appropriate measures for deletion or proper handling.
